Lewis has proved a hit at Adams Park since he joined last month and is due to return to John Still's men on January 23.
He said: "I would love to stay at Wycombe for as long as possible and commit to the club.
"It's a little bit out of my hands at the moment but all I can do is keep performing and the rest will take care of itself."
