David Perpetuini has been training with the squad in a bid to find match fitness, and enjoyed a run out in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium in midweek.

Gorman used his contacts at Gillingham to bring in Perpetuini, who was released by the Championship side in October. The Scot will decide whether or not to use his final remaining loan for the season on offering the player a short-term contract at the club.

Wycombe boss John Gorman, a left back as a player, has the headache of finding suitable cover for Tony Craig who heads back to Millwall next week after a three-month loan spell.
