Shock move for ex-blue

We here at Wanderers mad today have heard the news that the club may be considering making a move for ex-Wanderers loanee Charlie Comwyn Platt. Platt has been recently released from Rochdale after not making a single appearance in a 6 month stint and it is rumoured Wycombe may be interested in securing his services on a trial basis. Platt played for the Wanderers on loan from Bolton in the Tony Adams era at the club and made a reasonable impression before later joining Swindon on a free transfer. Many Wanderers fans would surely see this only as a short term move for the reserve side considering the amount of quality Paul Lambert has bought in, in the defensive area, but rumours have been heard that Platt may come on trial and may even feature in the imminent game against Holmer Green on the 11th July.
