"I'm absolutely convinced this guy will get us there. He works his nuts off for the club," said Beeks.
Following relegation last season, Adams is aware the club’s budget is the second smallest of all the clubs currently scrapping it out in League Two.
"Things move at a snail's pace when you haven't got a lot of finance," he said.
