Speaking after the weekend's victory over Bradford he said

"One thing is for sure - we will give it everything we have got against Stockport and I am confident going into it, but more importantly, so are the players. It doesn't matter who we are playing next week really, its two games and I hope we can do it."

Lambert was also quick to praise Delroy Facey who scored his first goal since his loan mobe from Gillingham.

"Delroy has been terrific since he arrived and that was the case here, but we can't afford to sign him from Gillingham," said Lambert.

"Delroy is like all the lads, who have been absolutely brilliant all season. They have run through walls for me, given absolutely everything they have got and it's an absolute privilege to manage them.
