The capture of 27-year-old midfielder Kevin Betsy follows deals agreed for Charlie Griffin, Stefan Oakes, Will Antwi and Tommy Mooney. Betsy last year joined League One side Oldham Athletic, who will compete for the San An Cup in Ibiza along with Wycombe at the start of July.
