Gareth Ainsworth keeps the armband, Luke Oliver is in contention after his recall from Bradford and Alex Revell will keep his place.
Wycombe Wanderers boss Gary Waddock told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"They [Tranmere] will probably be a bit nervous because it is a must-win game for them. If we can use that to our advantage then fantastic.
"They have a good group of players up there also and it is going to be a tough game.
