New loan signing Drewe Broughton will be available. He was signed as a replacement for Jonny Dixon who has returned on loan to Aldershot.

Broughton scored six goals in nine games for Rushden & Diamonds this season.

"Wycombe are a big club in this division and as soon as I knew they wanted me I bit their hand off. I can't wait to play for the manager. They are at the right end of the division and are in a good position to challenge for promotion," said Drew Broughton.

"He is a proven goalscorer and he will add a real threat to our team. He is just the type of player I have been looking for and we are lucky to get him," added Gorman.

Gorman only agreed to extend Jonny Dixon's loan Aldershot for the maximum three-month period, if he could find the necessary cover in that position. Southend United forward Drewe Broughton will be available to feature for Wycombe from Friday until Dixon's return.

The 26-year-old has already appeared twice against the Chairboys this season. Broughton came on as a late substitute for Southend when Wycombe visited Roots Hall in September and also played for Rushden & Diamonds at the Causeway whilst on loan in October.

However the Northants club couldn't afford a permanent switch for the former Norwich City player, who is currently one yellow card away from an immediate two-match ban.
