Former Peterborough centre-half Westwood has appeared 29 times for the Chairboys this season.
Meanwhile left-back Andy Sandell will step up his recovery from a knee injury when he features in a reserve game against Gillingham on Wednesday.
Sandell, 27, has not played since coming off 22 minutes into a 1-0 win over Rotherham on 22 January.
