A golden goal winner by Lewis Cook nine minutes into extra time sent Wycombe Wanderers into the area quarter-finals of the LDV Vans Trophy.
It was a bizarre game in which nine players were booked, seven from Wycombe and two Cheltenham and it looked as if a goal would never arrive until Dannie Bulman's swerving effort put Wycombe ahead 11 minutes from time.
Richard Forsyth headed Cheltenham back into the game two minutes into time added on, but Cook's goal, driven left-footed past goalkeeper Shane Higgs with the Cheltenham defence appealing for offside, proved the decisive strike
